Each insurance company whose insurance products are sold by Expert Insurance Brokerage LLC considers consumer complaints in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens' Appeals”.
The addresses to which complaints from financial services consumers are received are separately indicated on the website of the relevant insurance company. In case of impossibility to resolve disputes, a consumer of financial services may apply to the National Bank of Ukraine, which is vested with the function of protecting the rights of consumers of financial services, using the contact information on the official website of the National Bank of Ukraine: bank.gov.ua or to the judicial authorities in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine. Applications for judicial protection shall be filed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
Expert Insurance Brokerage LLC does not hold a substantial interest (10 percent or more) in any insurance company, and no insurance company holds a substantial interest (10 percent or more) in Expert Insurance Brokerage LLC.
